A READER'S OPINION

Another enjoyable Highland adventure from Lily Baldwin! Joanie has had a tough life and deserves some peace and safety. Enter Randolph Tweed, aka Alec MacVie, a Scottish rebel who vows to rescue the woman who haunts his dreams. Alec and Joanie are wonderful characters and together they create some swoon-worthy moments. This is a story of healing and love, redemption and passion.

The author is a descriptive writer who shows the reader the beautiful setting and makes them feel like they are with the characters. There are touches of humor and the reader is sure to shed a tear or two for Alec and Joanie's tender journey. This book has all the requirements of a sexy, historical Highland romance, so readers who enjoy the genre are sure to like the familiar elements.
